The generous size of the room. A/C worked perfectly albeit a bit noisy. Great bed! Great breakfast. The dinner i had in the hotel was fabulously good. There was a half-board option at booking time i did not knew about, so i could have saved a bit on the dinner price. Underground garage. Location offer easy access out of the city.

A great location. A quick walk over the bridge into town and the towns attractions. The hotel has underground parking 10€ per night. There is a bar and restaurant. We ate at the hotel and found the head waiter extremely helpful. The food was excellent and great value for money. We really enjoyed our time in the area it’s very beautiful and there is plenty to do.

Clean hotel in a good location, Surprisingly calm place within a walking distance to the centre, to the river etc. Great breakfast.

Very pleasant place to stay overnight. We were travelling through, and the IBIS hotel served us as a very convenient and comfortable pit stop. In walking distance to the town centre we even had time to explore Besancon - a very nice city.

Everything was great: the room was spacious for 2 people, the location was absolutely perfect, 10 min walking and you are in the middle of the old town, close to the citadel and in the park. If you are travelling by car, there is a parking place (you have to pay).

This hotel is situated right near the old center, 3 minutes walk so you can't wish for more. Great parking under the hotel but without elevator. The hotel is very clean, modern. Rooms are not so big but confortable. The bathroom is a little strange being a boat cab, but functional. Good wifi. Good breakfast the only minus, the are no vegetables. Anyway, a good experience. 10 and we would come back.

Hotel located 15min walk from the city centre where you may find many restaurants. Available parking. Clean rooms. We decided to have breakfast at one of the coffee shops in the city centre, so cannot give an opinion about quality of food.

Good location, really nice room for an Ibis. Large, good beds, plenty of TV channels. Big WC, nice shower cabin.

The hotel was very well located and the room was quite spacious. Everything was clean. The parking option was helpful.

We had a great stay at the Ibis hotel La City in besancon, the room was clean and mostly quiet and the beds were good. The breakfast was very good: croissants, pain au chocolats, madeleines, fresh bread, fruit, cheese, bacon, a well and exclusive breakfast. We will come back to Ibis and visit the beautiful city of Besancon, merci Ibis.
